I grew up cooking in my grandmother's kitchen, who inspired me from family recipes, mentors & traveling that influenced the way i cook today.
I describe my culinary styles as "high-end home cooking" & recreate my favorite foods with a personal touch to serve & tells a story.
As a Freelance chef, I started working on incredible sailboats, under challenging conditions & learning new skills.

I love to bring the full flavor of every single element to a dish.
For me Cooking is an Act of love and a holistic process, this way of eating takes into account the persons as a whole ( body, mind & soul ) and I try to focus the nutrition process managing all these variables.
