ME

I grew up cooking in my grandmother's kitchen, who inspired me from family recipes, mentors & traveling that influenced the way i cook today.

 

I describe my culinary styles as "high-end home cooking" & recreate my favorite foods with a personal touch to serve & tells a story.

As a Freelance chef, I started working on incredible sailboats, under challenging conditions & learning new skills.

For me Cooking is an Act of love and  a holistic process, this way of eating takes into account the persons as a whole ( body, mind & soul ) and I try to focus the nutrition process managing all these variables.

Over the course of my career I had the chance to work in many different places around the world. 

Nowadays, I am based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and it’s time for me to offer my experience my culinary experience as a private chef in a villa and private yachts.
